Anonymous Asked: Hi!! You reblogged the music questions thing a bit ago, but it was so cool I had to ask. 5, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 30, 31, 43, 46, 47, 49, 56, 58, 60

Thanks for sending me some to do! Sorry I’m such a late replier. Hopefully you’ll still see this. d:

5:Top 10 favorite bands of all time

MUSE

Arctic Monkeys

Red Hot Chili Peppers

Radiohead

Queens of The Stone Age

Franz Ferdinand

Kasabian

Led Zeppelin

Phoenix

Two Door Cinema Club

They’re all in no particular order. d:

9:Top 3 genres

Indie rock, classic rock, and classical.

10:3 songs that make you happy

Happiness - Kasabian (literally listening to it right now sooo)

Campus - Vampire Weekend

Horchata - Vampire Weekend.

Basically any Vampire Weekend song in existence makes me happy.

13:3 songs that make you energetic

No One Knows - Queens of The Stone Age (running to this song makes me pretty energetic)

Genesis - Justice

Around The World - Red Hot Chili Peppers

16:2 songs that hold meaning for you

Shine - Muse. It reminds me of a time when I wanted a girl and didn’t realize she wanted me so when Matt says “TAAAAKE MEEEE BAAAAAAACK AGAAAAIIIIIN” that was basically me. Haha. Not anymore though..since I got a girlfriend now. Lulz

Sail To The Moon - I had plans with one of my Tumblr friends to go to the beach at night and listen to this song. Never happened, but I always think of that person when I hear that song. d:

17:1st band you remember being a fan of

First band I REAAALLY got into was Phantom Planet. I then became obsessed with Arctic Monkeys not much later back in 2007 when Favourite Worst Nightmare came out.

20:A band/artist you used to love and are now embarrassed about

Well…I don’t feel super embarrassed about Linkin Park, but they’re definitely not that great anymore. I occasionally listen to them though hahah shhhhh

23:How often do you buy music (irl)?

It’s not like a routine thing for me. If I happen to come across a sweet CD at goodwill, I’ll pick it up. I usually don’t go out of my way to go buy a record though unless it means a lot to me.

24:Least favored genre of music

Probably the pop music of today. I mean hey, I can stand a few artists, but the whole pop music scene isn’t great and the fans are gross.

30:A song that best describes you

Telescope - Cage The Elephant.

Definitely the one^^

31: A song you’d like to marry on

Show Me Your Genitals - Jon Lajoie

43:Ever kissed on a song? If yes, which one?

A few yes. I mostly remember making out to Mr. Brightside by The Killers.

46:A song you can’t take seriously

Basically any pop song ever hahah. Idk in particular..

47:Which bands/artist were mostly played during your childhood (by your parents?)?

A lot of classic rock like Queen, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, and a bunch of Christian bands as well.

49:Would you like to be a part of the music industry?

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES AND YES. A band would be perfection, but right now I’m planning on becoming an audio engineer for my major in college.

56:Tell me something, anything, personal about you and a song/band/album

Basically Muse means more to me than any band ever could. They’ve opened my mind to more possibilities in music than most bands. Not only have they made such unique songs, Chris Wolstenholme is a great influence on my bass playing. He’s done plenty of great basslines throughout the whole life of Muse and is something that a lot of bass players strive for. Another band that has had a big influence on my bass playing is Red Hot Chili Peppers…these guys know how to rock it. Flea is what got me to realize the fun in improvising and slapping bass…and boy is slap bass the best.

I could talk way longer about favorite bands, but don’t wanna ramble too much.

58:Do you judge people based on their music preferences?

Yes and no. A lot of people haven’t been exposed to the more less known music and all they know is whatever is most popular. If they’ve given a pwoper listen to good bands and dislike them, then I kind of sort of judge them. Everyone seems to be born with very different likes in music though, and that is a great thing. The variety in music wouldn’t be quite as interesting if everyone just like a few select genres.

60:Put your music-player on shuffle and write down the first 20 songs (no skipping, be honest)

Well, I use this app on my iPod and it doesn’t let me shuffle through all my combined artists..just like one album at a time..so I can’t really do this. D:

Thanks for sending all these though! :D

Anonymous Asked: if you were in a band you'd be the attractive bass players that would have millions of fans shrieking because of your mere existence trust me that would happen

Omggg wowow this is like the best thing someone has ever sent me. Hahaha. Now if only I could get in a good band ughh

Seriously though, thanks! Haha ;D
